• Members agree to all conditions in the Membership Terms And Conditions
• All annual 2024 memberships are valid from the date they are purchased through to 31 March, 2025
• All temporary memberships are only valid for the dates or events for which they are specified
• All membership fees are inclusive of GST
• U21 age group, must be 20 years or younger as at 31 December 2024
• U18 age group, must be 17 years or younger as at 31 December 2024
• Members must be registered and financial before they take the court in any training or competitive capacity
• Any individual who is un-financial or disqualified in Victoria or any other state shall be ineligible for membership
• Volleyball Victoria reserves the right to take action against any member in breach of our policies and codes of conduct - this action can include suspension or cancellation of a membership without refund.
By signing up for any registration you agree to abide by all appropriate and reasonable directions of coaches and club officials.
By signing up for any registration you agree to represent the club with the highest regard for the history of the club, maintaining the positive values of mateship, enjoyment, and continuous improvement, and with respect for your team and club mates.
By signing up for any registration you agree to be aware of, understand, and maintain the principles of Volleyball Australia's Integrity policies, available here.
By signing up for any registration you agree to be aware of, understand, and be bound by the club's rules of association, utilising Consumer Affairs Victoria's Model Rules for Incorporated Associations, with customised organisational structure and additional terms of reference.
By signing up for a Payment Plan Registration, you agree to upgrade to the relevant full club membership via a mutually agreed upon payment schedule. If you do not provide desired terms within 2 business days of signing up, your schedule will be set up as four payments, paid fortnightly. The club is here to help you, so please email us if you have any issues. Failure to communicate and repeated missed payments may result in temporarily being unable to play or train.
By signing up for a Training Only Registration, you agree to be bound by the decisions and guidance of the club's Performance and Development Manager in relation to your training. Training Only Registrations will be voided unless express permission has been received for your membership. The club has limited resources and these are prioritised for playing members, however some uncommon circumstances may allow space for Training Only Registrations from time to time, but this is not guaranteed.
